Professional sanding block from Dura-Block.
Dura-Blocks are made differently than most other blocks.
Most blocks are moulded. This does not lead to perfection as far as flat surfaces.
Dura-Blocks are made from a sheet which is poured, then baked to produce a sheet of the patented
materials we use.
This material is then cut into appropriate sizes. These are then machined to the proper size. Once sized, the sanding surface is then milled to perfection.
The patented materials and surface hardness allow a limited amount of flex and conformance to the surface.
The Dura-Blocks are used in virtually every body shop in the US and Canada at this time.
